How do u find auditions cause my whole life is about getting on broadway I just can't find a way to get on so could someone tell me (and us) about how to find bway auditions

the best way is to find a casting agent. and you can maybe find one on http://www.joeedelman.com/acting/casting/casting_ny.php

(i'm assuming you live in new york, but if not you can google [closest big city to you] casting agencies and find something:D)
you have to really work at getting that though, but it's pretty hard to make it any other way.

I have some questions and I need answers!

1. How do you find out about auditions without a agent?

2. Where do you find out about broadway auditions

3. Are there any auditions coming up for broadway?

4. For everyone who has been and knows someone on broadway can you say your name and who you played? It would be easier for me =)

Thanks xxx

Finding out about auditions without having an agent really just takes you doing your research.
www.backstage.com is full of casting notices and breakdowns (it also has a newspaper/magazine), along with www.playbill.com, and www.actorsequity.com. Google works too, but a lot of the time the information you find may not be as accurate. Also looking for regional theatre's in your area is a great way to get professional experience and work towards getting your equity card.

Also, I really suggest checking out backstage.com's message boards. They're full of information, and even have a section specifficaly on kids/teens breaking into the business and have awesome tips and advice.

Hope that helps!
