I saw it twice :) Once with Laura Bell and once with her understudy. I saw it first row mezz both times. LBB was good, but sick the night I saw it, so she sounded, well sick. I guess I like the understudy better because LBB did so many performances, and even though the understudy did play Elle a lot, her energy was more up!

but a side note for scott, we know who the people that played the actual roles are. We're broadway fans. We know they're names and what projects they're doing now which probably doesn't include playing around on 13fans. but it's great that you're a 13fan.. no one judges here based on how many shows you've been in, we're just here to support 13.

and to everyone else, let's forget this happened and leave the board alone? :)

well, there are some open calls, like the Bye Bye Birdie auditions I went to had open auditions/equidy actor auditions. So, just research a little bit!

I mean, of course ur gonna find a billion sites that are gonna spam you, so maybe ask Mike B. Simon about some websites?

It's sort of distant but the director of the show that I just crewed for used to be the voice teacher of Allie Trimm. He was the one who first urged her to try out for 13 in CA. And I have some friends that know Allie personally.

lucky! i got like a zillion for the national tour of annie but nothing came of it and now i'm too tall.

I did a national tour last year was offered my part for Broadway, but I was not going to be able to move to the city and change schools because I had so much going on. But hopefully I will be soon :D
